In-Home Respite
Planned, in-home relief care, so families get a real break instead of a rushed one.
Inspired Living's In-Home Respite program provides planned, in-home respite care for adults 18 and over with developmental disabilities, giving families and caregivers real relief. Services are available seven days a week from 7am to 11pm, including weekends and holidays.
Our Respite Care Providers offer one-on-one supervision and nonmedical care, helping with personal care, meals, and medication reminders, while making sure participants still get to the things they enjoy doing. Everything follows a Care Plan built with the participant and the people around them. Services are available in English and Spanish.
What’s included:
One-on-one supervision to keep participants safe while caregivers are away
In-home personal care support (feeding, dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
Meal preparation
Medication reminders
Support with preferred hobbies and social, leisure, and recreational activities at home and in the community
A Care Plan built with the participant and their family/circle of support
On-call supervisor support during every visit
Who it’s for: Adults 18 and over with intellectual disabilities who live with family and are eligible for Regional Center services.
Service area: Alameda and Contra Costa Counties (Regional Center of the East Bay area).
Hours: 7 days a week, 7am–11pm, including holidays.
